Returns and Cancellations
 

Qualifying products are returnable only after a written authorization in the form of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and an RGA number has been issued from Jorgenson Lockers.  Credit, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges, will be issued within 30-days for authorized returns after an arrival inspection is performed to ensure that the products have arrived in their original packaging, unopened, complete and in new, undamaged condition.  Title and ownership on products shall not pass until the entire price for such goods has been paid in full. 

New Quick Ship Lockers, Cabinets and Benches
New Quick Ship lockers, cabinets or benches that are unassembled and packaged in their original packaging are returnable as follows after written authorization in the form of a Returned Goods Authorization number has been issued from Jorgenson Lockers.  Customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus original shipping and return freight or delivery charges.  (The freight charges incurred to ship the product from our distribution center to the customer’s ship-to location and then to our Returns Distribution Center.)

Brand New Unassembled Quick Ship Lockers
Brand new Quick Ship lockers that are unassembled and still in their original boxes are returnable.  Customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will pay freight charges incurred to ship the product from our distribution center to the customer’s ship-to location and back to our desired distribution center. 

New Production Lockers
New production lockers assembled, or unassembled, are not returnable.  Assembly fees are not refundable. 

Used Lockers, Cabinets and Benches
Used products are sold “as is, where is” and are nonreturnable. 

We may, on occasion, make exceptions at our sole discretion and allow returns of used products.  The customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee, as well as original shipping and return freight or delivery charges.  Credit will be issued to the customer within 30-days once the returned items have been received, inspected and deemed to be undamaged and in their original packaging and condition.

We may, at our sole discretion, promote and attempt to sell non-returnable items on a consignment basis for you. 

Cancellations
Orders for products that are not returnable cannot be cancelled.  Qualifying cancellations must be received in writing, faxed or emailed within 24-hours of the order being processed.  There is no charge for cancellation as long as your order is not being produced special and has not been shipped.  We cannot stop shipments in transit.  Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
