Our medium steel footlockers are quality crafted with durable steel frames and birch wood interiors using nickel-plated hardware riveted for strength and appearance. • Nickel-Plated Hardware:  Heavy duty nickel-plated hinges and hardware that will stand up to heavy use and abuse

• Quality Craftmanship:  Tight fitting steel tongue-and-groove construction. Tight lid-to-base closure to keep out moisture, dirt, insects, odors, etc.
• Lock Options:  Equipped with key lock and (2) user keys and durable nickel-plated hasp that accepts combination padlocks or keyed padlocks. For highest security, lock with padlock
• Quality Finish:  Steel exterior is coated with a durable scratch resistant finish. Wood interior is finished using stain, sealer, and catalyzed stain lacquer. We hand rub or buff the surface lightly in the direction of the grain to eliminate rough spots and then wipe with a soft cloth

• Interior Storage Trays:  Add additional storage with our two-compartment tray that is constructed of the same cabinet grade wood core as our footlocker and is covered with an attractive hardwood veneer
• Wheels:  Convert to mobile footlocker with our strong, ball-bearing wheels. Wheels have a low profile, are smooth-rolling, and have a wide roll surface for stability. Shipped with the wheels permanently riveted in place; wheels add 1-3/4" to overall height
  
• Name Plate:  Name plate is 4" wide x 1" high and has a matte silver finish and has a non-removable sticky backing that can be placed at the location of your choice
• Cedar Wood Interiors:  Choose cedar interiors for the highest quality, knotty, non-aromatic, western red cedar veneer available - the very same cedar we use for our wood footlockers and cedar cube lockers
