Heavy Duty Rust Resistant Combination Storage Cabinet

Our heavy duty rust resistant combination storage cabinet is fabricated from galvannealed prime grade cold rolled sheet steel which has a zinc-iron alloy coating applied at the mill to provide protection against corrosion in high humidity and moist environments. Entire unit is fabricated from 14-gauge sheet steel (25% thicker than 16-gauge) fully-welded together creating a rigid, durable unit.  Our extra tough heavy duty rust resistant combination storage cabinets are made for customers that have rough and tumble employees; think construction, mining, industrial and heavy manufacturing where employees need to store, secure and organize heavy tools, valuable gear, and equipment. • All-Welded Construction:  All-welded construction throughout creating a rigid, durable unit
• Body Construction:  Heavy duty 14-gauge solid sheet steel construction throughout with solid sides that are formed to be integral with vertical door frame. Top is formed to be integral with horizontal top door frame. Bottom is formed to be integral with horizontal bottom door frame and includes double return bends at all four sides maximizing unit rigidity. Back is welded to cabinet top, bottom and sides
• Doors:  Double door design with solid doors that are reinforced with an 18-gauge full-height door stiffener providing a rigid torque-free door
• Latching:  Three-point turn handle locking using 3/8” diameter locking rods operated by a 3/16" gauge steel handle. Handle is painted to match cabinet 
• Hinges:  Heavy-duty 13-gauge 7-knuckle 3-1/2" butt hinges welded to door and securely riveted to frame 
• Shelves:  Shelves are adjustable on 3” centers and bolt to shelf support channels which are welded to sides, 78" high cabinets include 4 adjustable shelves, one full width upper shelf
• Coat Rod:  For full length hanging of garments, equipment and clothing
