• Material: Fabricated of high quality, cold rolled carbon steel that is free of scale and rust and fully pickled. All exposed edges, corners and surface areas do not have sharp edges. Workmanship is of the highest quality in the industry.
• Finish: All steel components have been cleaned and phosphatized for rust resistance in a five-stage pre-treatment process. High-grade polyester/epoxy powder paint is applied electrostatically with a gloss reading between 55 and 65. Finish has a salt spray rating of 250 hours or more.
• Sides: Formed from 22 gauge steel. Sides have a 7/8” 90-degree flange on the back and a 1” X 7/16” channel on the front. Two welded strips of dog ear lances secure shelves and allow shelves to be adjusted on 2 5/64” centers. Every third dog ear is shaped differently to make installation and lineup of shelves easier.
• Back: Formed using 22 gauge steel. Backs are inserted to a fixture and resistance-welded to the inside flange of the sides, top and bottom of cubbies for strength and durability.
• Top: : Formed using 22 gauge steel. Tops have a 1-11/16” box formation on front and 1-1/32” 90-degree flange on back and sides. Manufacturer’s name plate is on the front of the box formation.
• Bottom: Formed using 22 gauge steel. Bottoms have 1-11/16” box formation on the front and 1-1/32” 90-degree flange on back and sides. Bottom is 4 ½" in diameter and features plastic feet for stability.
• Shelves: : Formed using 22 gauge steel. Shelves have 13/16” 90-degree flanges on both ends. The front of each shelf has ¾" box formation for additional strength, and the back has ½" X 9/32” channel formation. Shelves hook into clips that are installed in sides of the cubby and are adjustable on 1” centers.
• Partitions: Formed using 22 gauge steel. Partitions have 13/16” 90-degree flanges at front and back. They nest together to prevent exposed edges and are punched on 1” centers to accept clips for shelf placement.
