Our heavy duty classic cabinet is fabricated from prime grade 16 gauge cold rolled sheet steel and are fully-welded providing a rigid, durable unit. All cabinents are coated wtih a seven stage zinc/iron phosphate solution to inhibit corrosion, followed by a coate of high grade enamel electrostatically sprayed and baked at 325 degrees to provide a tough durable finish.

• 1050 lb. Capacity Shelves: Adjustable on 3" centers and bolt to shelf support channels that are welded to sides, formed to provide maximum capacity
• Body Construction: Heavy duty 16-gauge steel construction throughout with solid sides that are formed to be integral with vertical door frame. Top is formed to be integral with horizontal bottom door frame and includes double return bends at all four sides maximizing unit rigidity. Back is welded to cabinet top, bottom and sides
• Latching: Projecting high-security cremone three-point locking turn handle locking using 3/8" diameter locking rods operated by a 3/16" gauge steel handle. Handle is painted to match cabinet
• Hinges: Heavy duty 13-gauge 7-knuckle 3-1/2" butt hinges welded to door and securely riveted to frame
