Carriage House Condominiums, located in Park City, Utah, wanted to give Owners in their facility, especially those with studio units, a secure option for residents and guests to store their skis and other belongings when patrons weren’t out on the slopes. The easiest and best solution? Lockers, of course.
Carriage House found us through a Google search and initially ordered 15 of our Single Tier Wide Ventilated Lockers to install in the lobby area of the condos upon entry into the main floor. These particular units measure a roomy 15" wide x 18" deep and provide plenty of storage space for clothing, coats, backpacks, ski gear, and other personal belongings. The lockers are available for annual rental and are already a hot commodity. According to Alex Brown with Carriage House Condominiums, all the available lockers have been rented out so they are already considering ordering more to fulfill demand.
“This is becoming more and more popular for condos to provide lockers for their tenants. Particularly with skis,” John Davies, our salesperson for this project, said. “It keeps the wet gear outside and provides additional storage for tenants. Wet gear soils carpets and [causes] additional costs to cleaning. Ski lockers are also being used in condos for the same reason.”
