Inside the Longhorns' Locker Room:
In 1893 The University of Texas started their football program, and the Longhorns team was born. Although there have been many changes to the team, coaches, and players over the years, there have been a few constants from season to season...
The locker room has played a great part in their success giving the players and the coaches the resources they need to bring their team to the top.
There are 135 wood stadium lockers inside the Longhorns’ locker room. These are personalized to each player with their own name plate and equipment. In addition to this resource, the locker room has many of the training resources the players need without even stepping on the field. Between the medical resources and the training facility the players are able to train better than ever before. In addition to this, they have the resources to relax after with hot tubs, a gaming room, and a player’s lounge.
