Returns and Cancellations

Qualifying products that meet the returnable items guidelines below, are only returnable after a written authorization in the form of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and an RGA number has been issued from SchoolLockers.com. Credit, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges, will be issued within 30-days for authorized returns after an arrival inspection is performed to ensure that the products have arrived in their original packaging, unopened, complete and in new, undamaged condition. Title and ownership on products shall not pass until the entire price for such goods has been paid in full.

Returnable Items

New Quick Ship Lockers, Cabinets and Benches

Quick ship lockers, cabinets or benches are items that we regularly keep in stock and have been labeled with the “quick ship” logo under the product listing. All returnable goods must be in new, unassembled condition and in their original packaging. Items are returnable as follows after written authorization in the form of a Returned Goods Authorization number has been issued from SchoolLockers.com. Customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus original shipping and return freight or delivery charges.  (The freight charges incurred to ship the product from our distribution center to the customer’s ship-to location and then to our Returns Distribution Center.)

Non-Returnable Items

Used Lockers, Cabinets and Benches

Used products are sold “as is, where is” and are nonreturnable. We may, on occasion, make exceptions at our sole discretion and allow returns of used products.  The customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee, as well as original shipping and return freight or delivery charges. Credit will be issued to the customer within 30-days once the returned items have been received, inspected and deemed to be undamaged and in their original packaging and condition. We may, at our sole discretion, promote and attempt to sell non-returnable items on a consignment basis for you.

Locker Orders with No Legs

When you order lockers with no legs, we remove them for you. When this request is made on your order, these lockers will not be eligible for return as we modified the locker at your request.

Assembled Products

Products that have been assembled and/or modified in any way, will not be eligible for return.

New Production Items

New production items are any products that deviate from our normal stocking plan and are not labeled with the “quick ship” logo under the product listing. These items, whether assembled or unassembled, are non-returnable. Any associated assembly fees are also non-refundable.

Special Orders

Items that require any unique customization for their production are considered to be a “special order” and are not eligible for return or cancellation.

 Cancellations

All qualifying cancellations must be received in writing, faxed or emailed within 24-hours of the order being processed. Items that are inelligible for cancellation at any time include orders that have already shipped or production items/special orders. If a request for cancellation is made beyond 24 hours, eligible orders will be treated as returns. Per our return policy, items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and an RGA number must be issued by a SchoolLockers.com representative.
