SchoolLockers.com is entirely a family-owned company and therefore we are INVOLVED in our community. Last weekend Bountiful's Vitos restaurant (which normally is closed Saturday) opened it's doors and ALL sales proceeds went to the Cuvelier family whose mother is undergoing chemotherapy to treat an aggressive form of breast cancer. Well since we sell an amazing style of PINK kids locker, we thought we would take time out on a Saturday and do some good with this pink kids locker...additional cute child, not included. ~wink~
There was a also bake sale and SchoolLockers.com was asked to donate a pink kids locker (pink locker as in breast cancer awareness), which drew in some money as well to help this family whose medical bills for her chemotherapy are becoming overwhelming. Incidentally they also have three beautiful children; two of which are low functioning autistic kids who require constant care, and it was great to see a community pulling together for them and their children.
Incidentally we should point out that the owners of Vitos organized this community event, and this place is well-known in the Davis County area for having the BEST cheese steak sandwiches found anywhere. :) If you are interested in stopping by, check out the glowing reviews of people who have eaten at VITOS.
